Refund Policy

All printing products and services offered by GAMEPOD are original, new, and come with a two (2) year warranty from the moment of delivery, covering manufacturing defects.

In accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of November 16, approving the revised text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users, unless proven otherwise, any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within two years of delivery shall be presumed to have existed at the time of delivery, except where this presumption is incompatible with the nature of the product or the nature of the defect. After this period, the CLIENT must prove that it is a manufacturing defect.

For all purposes, delivery of the product shall be deemed to have taken place on the date shown on the corresponding invoice, purchase receipt, or delivery note.


Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with European regulations (Directive 2011/83/EU) and Article 103.c of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.

At GAMEPOD, products are manufactured under a Print on Demand model. This means that:

  • Products are not kept in stock
  • Each order is produced individually after confirmation
  • The client selects product elements (including cards, designs, or other components) from a catalog or database, creating a specific combination produced exclusively for that order

Therefore, all products are considered made to order, and returns or cancellations are not accepted once production has started, except in the cases outlined below.


Claims for Defects or Production Errors

The CLIENT may request a replacement or refund in the following cases:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Production errors attributable to GAMEPOD
  • Damage caused during transport

In such cases, GAMEPOD will assess the issue and, if applicable, offer:

  • Replacement of the product at no additional cost, or
  • A full or partial refund

Exclusions

The following will not be considered manufacturing defects:

  • Errors in files, configurations, or selections made by the CLIENT
  • Typographical or content errors resulting from the CLIENT’s selections
  • Color variations within normal printing tolerances
  • Minor deviations in cutting, alignment, or finishing inherent to the production process

Claim Procedure

The CLIENT must report any issue within a maximum of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order, via email, including:

  • Order number
  • Detailed description of the issue
  • Photographs of the product

Once the claim is received, GAMEPOD’s quality department will assess the case and communicate the resolution to the CLIENT as soon as possible.

If a replacement or refund is approved, GAMEPOD will cover the corresponding shipping costs.


Authorized Returns Conditions

If a return is authorized, the product must be properly packaged to avoid damage during transport. GAMEPOD reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
